Standards Expert Workshop a Great Success

The EECS held a Standards Expert Workshop at the Radisson Hotel London Stansted on August 21st and 22nd 2009 in accordance with work package 2 requirements. The workshop was a huge success bringing together industry experts, academics and ECCA. The aim of this workshop was to advise on establishing a set of standards for the campus card industry.
The workshop explored various aspects of campus card systems and the key areas to explore in developing the prototype for the EECS project. Work Package 3 was also outlined and a technical workshop is to take place in September in Poland to facilitate work in work package 3.
