OPTeam
OPTeam was established in 1988 as a system integrator and software developer. Today OPTeam specialises in smart card based systems and network security. The company developed its own systems for retail, financial and university education sectors. OPTeam delivers software systems and infrastructure for loyalty card and corporate card systems as well as software applications for payment card acceptation. The company developed the first applications in Poland in projects of EMV card and contactless payment card acceptation. Products and services offered by OPTeam have been rewarded for their innovative character, quality and effectiveness.
OPTeam is well recognised in Poland as an integrator of campus card systems. Approximately one quarter of Polish Universities have implemented campus card systems and almost 80 of these universities have implemented OPTIcamp campus card systems manufactured by OPTeam. The company delivered over one million student cards during the last two years. OPTeam cooperates with universities in designing and implementing new functions of campus card systems, which helps universities to provide students with a higher quality of education and better services.
OPTeam will be responsible for the Validation and Trials of the EECS Project. Their role will be to build a test platform and supervise end user trials of the EECS prototype solution. OPTeam will also be involved in other areas of the Project by taking part in designing the specification and development of the application modules.
